Exploring New Worlds

A stroke or head injury can make the world seem unfamiliar. Of course, this can be unsettling. However, this new perspective might lead you to seeing familiar things in entirely new ways.

In the exercises below, we build on the idea of exploring new worlds and seeing things afresh for the first time. You can work through the exercies one-by-one to build your confidence – or pick any exercise that takes your fancy.
